This Hindi poem is about an orphan girl. She has never seen her mother and hence, draws her sketch and talks to her. Finally she develops a maturity and resolves to move on in her life.
Wish there was a world, Where only happiness resides, Where there were no tears to hide. Could see cheerful faces all the while, Where I could have a million reasons to smile.
She has always been the sunshine, In his dark and gloomy life. She is the pretty angel, The smiling Angel of his life. She has been the ray of hope, Even in his darkest hour.
Can’t figure out if it’s their fault or mine, But it always just ends with me foolishly cryin’. What are best friends, I don’t actually know, Lonely, I’m lonely, I really feel so.
Act on YOUR thoughts, and don’t think twice,Take on suggestions, but never advice.Face those bullies, waiting out for you,They ain’t perfect, they have flaws too.
