1. IT WASN’T ME WHO SAID ADIEU..

I know not when I said adieu,
I woke up one morn to see the scary lieu,
Where I could find neither me nor you,
For you bid me adieu, saying I did the same to you.

I wasn’t there either, for there’s no me without you,
This sight I dare not bear and I believe neither can you,
Why then break this bond, letting me never near you,
Why then tear the letters saying you for me and me for you.

The tears din’t lie, when they spoke I miss you,
The sighs would you defy? when I longed to meet you,
The eyes were they fake, when they wanted to stick closer to you ?
The efforts were they vague, when I did all to be the one for you ?

You held my hand once and said, “let time freeze with us hand in hand”,
To which I remember saying,”Our love is engraved in stone and not written on sand”,
“which you fear would be washed away with time”, but today I don’t find you holding my hand,
have you forgotten my love or is it that with time you have changed your stand?

“I ‘ve said once, I repeat again and I will chant till it occurs to you,
Save me of this scary lieu, for I cant see me without you,
Trust me this time, trust me always when I say this to you,
It wasn’t me who said adieu, it wasn’t me who said adieu.

2. HAPPY NEW YEAR MY LOVE..

A year has come, a year will go,
what you have been to me only I will know.
Yes I was happy,
yes I was sad and tears did flow,
yet it was your company,
where my face did glow.
Times were tough and then came you,
helping me stand when I thought I would fall,
and making me realize that life is to fight the difficulty and grow tall.
It was one year comprising of happiness and sorrow,
but let this one to hundred let grow.
I thank you once and again I do,
for having made a year easier for me to let go.
I end this psalm with a promise to follow,
be there for me, be my support,
till the date I can say and I know,
the last day has come and soon I shall go.
