If I have to imagine.

My life without you.

Just for a moment or two.

 

I shall still be like the rose

Standing against the windy blows.

While feeling the frosty snows.

Yeah,I shall be there on my toes,

With all the charm of a rose,

But I shall be there, sans fragrance,

And I shall be there, without any hue,

If I have to live without you,

Just for a moment or two.

 

I shall still be like the sea,

My secrets disclosed, not to be.

Vast and deep, would define me,

With opened my arms like a tree.

Yeah,I shall be there, rolling  and flying.

While you embrace the feel of glee,

But I shall be there, sans the lee.

And sans the beauty, with dress so blue.

If I have to live without you,

Just for a moment or two.

 

I shall still be like the pearl,

Nestled deep in the oysters with the perfect curl

Or blessed to jewel the gorgeous, beautiful girl.

And make her smile dance in twirl.

Yeah, I would be there, lovely and cultured

But I shall be there, sans the luster

And sans the value, that’s so true

If I have to live without you,

Just for a moment or two.

 

I shall still be like the summer rain,

Soothing and drizzling in endless chain,

While swelling the ripened golden grain.

And quenching the thirsts, healing the pain.

Yeah.I would be there, with my dancing feet,

But that would be there, sans the beat.

And sans the grace, tap the shoe,

If I have to live without you.

Just for a moment or two.

 

I shall still be like the rainbow.

The bridge, up so high and bent so low

With all my color stacked in the row

Yeah, I would be creating, the magnificent show.

While I would be shining and dazzling through

But I shall be there, sans the warmth

And I shall be arching there, without any clue
