Nature fell in love with serenity,
Birds were singing in glorious melody,
Also the dusk seemed prettier than ever,
Till I caught a glimpse of an untamed beauty.
Sitting in her balcony,
She was all alone,
I wondered,” Is she a nature lover like me? ”
Ain’t though!, for a fraction of second my thoughts fooled me
‘Cause her face narrated a different story.
“Broken heart? “, her silence spoke yes
Romantically challenged! –
The term suited her the best.
No words did we exchange,
Yet I read her like an open page.
“My red rose, Haha!
-He plucked all the petals from it,
Searched for the sharpest thorn,
And back-stabbed me in full rage”
Looking at her I asked myself, “How am I able to hear the things she never wished to say?”
A tear drop fell from her eye,
Felt she thought, “I’ll never be fine”,
But when her eyes met mine,
I wiped her tears with my endearing smile.

“Do not wither your beautiful smile,
For a ‘poor heart’, don’t let your richness decline;
Stand still and you’ll be fine,

Make him realise he is under the line,

Watching her praising me
I took a bow for her,
And overwhelmed by her happiness
I passed a gentle kiss for her.
No words were ever spoken,
Yet in thoughts we understood each other better,
She waved her hands and I waved mine,
Delightfully we exchanged our goodbye letter.
