मैं अपने सपनों के लिए लड़ूंगी -This Hindi poem is the second of trilogy that began with”ghar ko chali”.The poem majorly focuses on the courage one has to show in nurturing a dream.
इमारतों से घिरे
मेरे सपने !
कभी मीठी नींद में
कभी करवे सार में
जीवन की कगार पर
चाकू की धार पर
अब मैं हूँ खड़ी,
कितनी अकेली !
बेचैन मन मे,संकोच है,
भावनाओं का स्रोत्त है,
सर्वस्व मे बिखरे,
इमारतों से घिरे ,
अब चिल्लाकर कहने,लगे है
यही मेरे सपनें है !
आवरण हट गया है
बादल छठ गया है ,
उम्मीदो का जहान
मेरा नया आशियान
इसी में विचरन करेंगे
अब मेरे सपने
तूफ़ान के झरोखों से,
या भीषण आंग की लपटों से,
पदधूलित नहीं हो पायेगी
इसी बार जीत कर दिखायेगी ,
दीवारों को फाड़ कर
हर आक्रमण पर वार कर
इमारतों से नहीं घिरने दूंगी
मैं अपने सपनो के लिए लड़ूंगी !
अघर के आँगन मे खेली,
अधखिली कलियों सी ,थी रंगरैली
वह आंगन जब छूटा
मन का विश्वास था टूटा,
आँखों ने देखा एक निराला सपना
जिसकी उंगली पकड़कर आगे बढ़ने की ,कल्पना!
संघर्ष से ही था नाता मेरा
सुविधा कब बानी थी सहारा
चेतना का आभाष हुआ,
तो मिला आसपास अँधेरे का कुँआ!
स्वप्न जहाँ साहस का आधार है
उसी सोच पर मेरा दरबार है
क्या हौसलों को बुलंद कर
इसे तनमन देकर
कही,गल्ती तो नही की
इतनी जल्दी भी क्या थी?
यही विचार बार -बार मन में आया
लेकिन रूककर झुककर मैंने था क्या पाया?
उन सपनों के लिए प्रयास करूंगी
अब मैं अपने सपनों के लिए लड़ूंगी !

The title itself tells the entire theme of the poem.I chose it as it incorporates the idea and carries forward my trilogy of poems to the next stage.The journey of a girl who left home in search of a better life in the poem”Ghar ko Chali” takes a stand to fight for her own dreams.The girl as I have mentioned earlier is a representative of women in our society.The women who continue to live in their homes despite the torment and humiliation they face in their own domestication.This poem delves with the idea of her dreams and mustering courage in fulfilling them.Though the theme is not garden- fresh and might sound conventional in parts but it is my effort in inspiring the often underestimated gender.Hope all of you will join in to support.
